With her persistence in creating a journey that is adventurous and stimulating, Ish Anja does not box herself in and embodies every side of herself in her music. Feminine, clever, rebellious, dark, light, colorful and full of hope - her main goal is inspiring the dance floor to take themselves on a journey, embrace the emotions and experiences that arise from it and overall contribute positively to the dance music industry. Her ethos as an artist is kindness, compassion and respect - to the crowd on the dance floor, music industry professionals and for all.

In her live sets, she enjoys taking the crowd on a journey through various styles of techno with a bit of something different here and there - weaving through hypnotic techno and into heavier melodic/breakbeats.

Her production style typically involves emotive melodies, tough dark kicks, and her own vocals - all to convey an experience blending both the dark and light. She gains inspiration for her tracks from nostalgic eras of time, collective experiences, and her own inner strength, in hopes her listeners will open their hearts even more into a deeper introspection within themselves.

Ish Anja has played at multiple venues in Melbourne and has become a favourite in the New Guernica attic. She has also supported artists including Claudio PRC, Tensal, Christian Smith, Anthony Pappa, Eric Powell, Township Rebellion and more to come!

Alongside her music, she has a passion for writing, loves animals, spreads awareness on humanitarian causes that are close to her and overall enjoys deepening her journey in this wild human experience.
