The change and decluttering is felt by many during this season

I was speaking to a few friends a few days ago about something that can be scary to feel, and yet is felt by so many - and that is the dealing with change. It's something that I often feel very curious about when it does happen, because being open to what the universe has in store for you can bring an incredible amount of excitement and freshness into new possibilities. But then, there are many times where we're not ready to face the reality of what change brings.
When we're in a constant flow of contentment, it is a wonderful feeling. We're here doing the best work we can on ourselves, figuring out who we are, trying to navigate forgiveness and also the normal feelings of resentment at the same time, and taking the steps we can in order to step into our powers and gifts and utilise them in whichever way resonates with us. And when this is happening, we get real comfortable and believe that this is the peak of our lifetimes. That nothing else is going to get in our way ever, or that we will ever face any sort of obstacles ever again because we've already faced the worst.
Eventually, change happens again and we are thrown off course from the comfort the stars have been promising us for years. as we are tested again to see how much we can truly surrender and trust that we are going to be okay in the end. Or if it's a small shift or minor earthquake in your life, it's about trusting that whatever is happening is for your greater good and that it will benefit you immensely, even if the current choice or outcome is painful or devastating to the stability of your situation.
A friend of mine recently told me about the eclipse season, with it being in Taurus. lI was very curious about it as I am still learning a lot about the moon phases, and I felt it resonated in terms of everybody questioning their comfort and stability in their lives. After speaking with many people right now, it seems like we are all going through a huge collective shift right now. There are disruptions going on in many people's lives - whether it be career, relationships, connections to our friends, family, and the way we might also see ourselves and question the way we are operating with our minds and hearts..and asking ourselves if even this is stable. And like many, there is a lot of discomfort and stress surrounding this because it can raise some very uncomfortable questions, truths, choices and acceptance of our realities that are occurring.
Dealing with change is something that I am definitely no superstar at. I'm an Earth sign, so being in comfort and having stability and peace is quite crucial for me as I am also introverted in nature. It's not only about being comfortable in your space or having a peaceful life - it's also about being comfortable with what's going on with you specifically, the people you are choosing to surround yourself with, and understanding what lights you up. Having to deal with these sorts of discomforts when it seems like everything is at a high probability of loss, is the scariest thing. For me right now, it is the fear of the loss of everything I have built and the sadness in losing connections that have made a significant impact in my life.
When you've gone down the path of self development and understanding yourself, I do find it becomes a lot more difficult for these types of people because you know that you might have to let go of some things or situations if it means it's for your greater good. Your ability to look at the bigger picture can make accepting change a lot more difficult, because you understand it needs to happen. But letting go of control of the situation is the most difficult part, and the fears of how change can affect your life drastically is the scariest.
Everything in some way, is a season. We are constantly shedding versions of ourselves and rebirthing or growing into new versions. And when we are saying goodbye to old parts of ourselves, it means that we may need to say goodbye to old situations, people or connections. It's a huge attribute to our growth but it honestly is the saddest thing. I am still trying to figure out how to navigate change and the drastic, sudden shifts it can bring us. But I think that as we all take more time to listen to each other and understand our own perspectives, we will all feel that we have somebody to help us navigate through the tough barriers of change.
Change, in the end, truly is just acceptance of our newer selves and what this new period of time will gift us. It is a quantum leap into something unknown, and a levelling into something new. It can be so scary and sad, when you know that change is a part of life and saying goodbye to something comfortable is so difficult.
In the end though, change is really what makes us so much stronger. It also makes us more accepting of others as well and their hardships they go through. I think perhaps change really forces us to not take everything too seriously in the end or try too hard to control everything in our lives, because we really never know what could happen or when a sudden occurrence in our lives can change absolutely everything.
They do always say - if you want to make the Universe laugh, have a plan.
I hope right now that in whatever way change is affecting your life - I trust that you are doing the best you absolutely can to navigate the current tough times and potential challenges ahead. I trust that it is for your greater good in the end, even if you can't see it right now. I trust that you are surrounded by people who are so incredibly supportive and are checking in on you to make sure you're okay.
Much love,
Isha <3
